We are proud to be a locally owned and operated mortgage broking business in the Redland City precinct: staffed by people who live locally and know the area well. We take an active interest in our community too, through our sponsorships and interaction with sporting clubs and organizations.
Our mission is to be the brokerage of choice for the people, friends and families throughout the expanding Redland City.
Bayside Home Loans was established in 2001 to service the financing requirements of the Redland City people. We’ve opened two large offices in the central business districts at 135 Bloomfield St, Cleveland and 11 Bunker Rd, Victoria Point which we find adds professionalism to the service we offer our clients and referrers who can walk in, sit down and have their questions answered promptly.
Since opening our offices, we have helped hundreds of locals and others in financing their home, investment property purchases, renovations, industrial, commercial and business facilities.
We assist clients in making an informed decision in finding the right loan to suit their needs from over 40 residential lending institutions and 20 commercial lenders.
We love helping people out by providing a timely, ethical and professional service which saves people time and money especially since we don’t charge a fee for our outstanding service.
